1. Acceptance

By using ExecBro (the "Tool") — including the MCP server package and the web dashboard at execbro.com — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.

2. Description of Service

The Tool is an MCP server that gives AI assistants real-time access to running React Native applications. The web dashboard provides optional account management, installation linking, and subscription handling.

Paid plans also include human assistance ("Support Services") — answering bug reports and improvement requests, and advising on how to adapt the Tool to your project. Support Services are advisory: we do not assume responsibility for your application, and you decide what to act on.

3. Account Registration

On first use, the MCP package automatically registers your installation with our backend (see our Privacy Policy for details on what data is sent). No login is required for basic functionality.

You may optionally create a web account via Google sign-in to access the dashboard and manage subscriptions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Tool for legitimate software development purposes
  • Not reverse-engineer, tamper with, or circumvent license validation
  • Not abuse rate limits or attempt to overload the service
  • Not share activation tokens with others or use tokens not issued to you
  • Not use the Tool to process data you do not have the right to process

5. Intellectual Property

The MCP server package is released under the MIT License. You retain full ownership of your code, applications, and any data processed through the Tool. We claim no rights over your content.

6. Free Use

The Tool is available free of charge, with every feature included and no limit on the number of MCP tool invocations. Creating an account is optional and unlocks only the usage dashboard. No paid subscription is offered. The monthly invocation cap and the ExecBro Pro subscription described in earlier versions of these Terms were withdrawn on 15 September 2026.

If a paid tier is introduced in future, it will be announced in advance under the change process in section 13, and the Tool as offered today will remain available free of charge. Where a subscription was purchased while one was offered, it continues to be governed by sections 7 and 11 and by our Refund Policy: it renews until cancelled, may be cancelled or paused at any time from the customer portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Payment Processing & Merchant of Record

All payments for ExecBro Pro are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, sales tax / VAT, and chargebacks. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's terms and privacy policy, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Tool and any Support Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Tool at your own risk.

Support Services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis, with no guarantee of response time, resolution, or any particular outcome. Any code, configuration or recommendation we supply as part of Support Services is a suggestion only — reviewing, testing, and deciding whether to apply it to your application remains your responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Tool or Support Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Tool or Support Services is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law applicable to you, including your mandatory consumer-protection rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time using the delete_account MCP tool or by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use paid features ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution).

11. Privacy & Refunds

Your use of the Tool is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how it is used, and our Refund Policy, which describes when refunds are available for paid subscriptions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The mandatory consumer-protection rights of customers in their country of residence are not affected. Payment-related disputes are additionally governed by the terms of Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Contact

For questions about these terms, billing, or legal matters, contact [email protected]. For technical issues or feature requests, you may also open an issue on GitHub.
