ExecBro is operated by Ihor Zheludkov, an Individual Entrepreneur (Фізична особа-підприємець) registered in Ukraine.
By using ExecBro (the "Tool") — including the MCP server package and the web dashboard at execbro.com — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.
The Tool is an MCP server that gives AI assistants real-time access to running React Native applications. The web dashboard provides optional account management, installation linking, and subscription handling.
On first use, the MCP package automatically registers your installation with our backend (see our Privacy Policy for details on what data is sent). No login is required for basic functionality.
You may optionally create a web account via Google sign-in to access the dashboard and manage subscriptions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person.
You agree to:
The MCP server package is released under the MIT License. You retain full ownership of your code, applications, and any data processed through the Tool. We claim no rights over your content.
The Tool is currently provided free of charge, with no usage cap on MCP tool invocations. We may, in the future, offer optional paid hosted features (for example, cloud sync of project data or team collaboration) as a separate subscription. Any such paid features and their pricing will be described at the point of sign-up and introduced with reasonable notice. Use of the free Tool will not require payment.
All payments for ExecBro Pro are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, sales tax / VAT, and chargebacks. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's terms and privacy policy, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Tool at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Tool.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Tool is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time using the delete_account MCP tool or by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use paid features ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution).
Your use of the Tool is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how it is used, and our Refund Policy, which describes when refunds are available for paid subscriptions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The mandatory consumer-protection rights of customers in their country of residence are not affected. Payment-related disputes are additionally governed by the terms of Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
